JobSearchAI is a job search assistant that helps you manage your professional profile, search for jobs, score job matches, generate cover letters, and create tailored resumes using artificial intelligence.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into your profile. You agree not to enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Dajax LLC is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate profile data.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate cover letters, tailored resumes, job match scores, and resume parsing. You acknowledge that:

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Dajax LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Dajax LLC's trademarks, logos, or brand features.
Content you create using the App (your profile, edited resumes, cover letters) remains yours. You grant Dajax LLC a limited license to process that content solely to provide the App's features to you.
The App integrates with third-party job sites and AI services. Your use of those sites and services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Dajax LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
Dajax LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Dajax LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Information Processed Automatically
All profile data, resume text, and generated documents are stored locally on your device using iOS system storage. Dajax LLC does not operate a user account system and does not store your personal profile data on external servers.
Your data is used solely to provide the App's features:

To provide AI features (resume parsing, job scoring, cover letter and tailored resume generation), the App sends relevant portions of your profile and/or resume text to a third-party AI processing service. This data is transmitted securely over HTTPS.
What is sent: only the data required for the specific feature you invoke (e.g., your structured profile and the job description for tailored resume generation).
What is not sent: your full profile is never transmitted in bulk except as part of a specific AI request you initiate.
You should review the privacy policy of any AI service integrated with the App. Dajax LLC is not responsible for how third-party AI providers process or retain data.
When you search for jobs or view job listings, the App loads content from third-party job sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) within an in-app browser. Those sites may set cookies or collect usage data according to their own privacy policies. Dajax LLC does not control or access that data.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit, including HTTPS encryption for all AI service requests and HMAC-based request signing to prevent unauthorized access to backend services. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
